Acceptable Use
HVNT33 supports lawful investigation, source preservation and accountable publishing. Investigative purpose does not excuse conduct that endangers people, violates rights or attacks systems. This policy applies to Cloud, Hunter, public investigations, hosted shares, support channels and HVNT33 community spaces.
Do not use the Services to
- break the law, violate a court order or help another person do so;
- gain unauthorized access to an account, device, network, service or data source;
- deploy malware, steal credentials, evade security controls or conduct destructive testing;
- harass, threaten, stalk, extort or facilitate violence against a person or group;
- publish home addresses, credentials, private contact details or other sensitive information to intimidate or create a foreseeable safety risk;
- exploit or sexualize minors, or handle unlawful abuse material;
- impersonate another person, fabricate evidence or misrepresent generated material as an authentic source;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights;
- send spam, manipulate engagement, create deceptive accounts or evade rate and access limits;
- overload, probe or interfere with HVNT33 or a third-party service except through an authorized security program; or
- use Hunter output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person.
Public investigations
Separate allegation, sourced fact, visual observation and inference. Preserve attribution and uncertainty. Do not publish private source material merely because it appears in a case. You are responsible for publication choices, redactions and the rights needed to make material public.
Community spaces
Discord is not an evidence vault. Do not post credentials, private sources, payment information, unpublished case material or sensitive personal data. Engage in good faith, criticize work rather than people and follow moderator instructions intended to protect safety or channel purpose.
Enforcement
We may remove hosted material or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect a person or service, preserve evidence, or comply with law. We consider context, severity, recurrence and the risk of harm. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to appeal by emailing kai@hvnt33.com. Immediate action may be taken for urgent safety, security or legal risks.
Reporting
Report abuse to kai@hvnt33.com. Include links or identifiers and enough context to locate the material. Do not attach unlawful material or expose a confidential source in the report. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
